Welcome to Utídia, a digital workforce empowerment platform owned and operated by Utídia Ltd, a legally registered company and subsidiary of Youthup Global Concepts and Technologies Ltd.

While Utídia is part of the Youthup Global ecosystem, it operates as an independent legal entity under Nigerian law. These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of the Utídia platform and participation in any of its programs. These terms apply to:

• Study and Work Digital Apprenticeship Program + Work Board
• Remutify Career Support Community
• Business Talent Placement & Work Board Access
• Mentor & Faculty Engagements
• All Utídia communication platforms including WhatsApp, Google Forms, and emails

By accessing or using any of Utídia’s services or platforms, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. UNDERGRADUATES: STUDY AND WORK PROGRAM + WORK BOARD

The Utídia Study and Work Program is designed for African undergraduates seeking digital apprenticeship opportunities while in school.

✅ Eligibility: Must be a current undergraduate student
✅ Access: Requires a paid membership subscription

• ₦999/month OR ₦9,999/year
  ✅ Opportunities Include:
• Vetted paid apprenticeships
• Gigs, internships & remote project listings
  ✅ Additional Benefits:
• Bootcamps, Hackathons, and Personal Development Sessions

🚫 Note: There is no free trial. Access begins only upon payment.

2. GRADUATES & PROFESSIONALS: REMUTIFY COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP

Remutify is a career support initiative by Utídia for job-seeking graduates and working professionals ready to enter the remote/digital workforce.

✅ Services Include:

• CV & Profile Reviews
• Interview Prep
• Strategic Remote Job Search Mentorship
• Mentor-led Digital Certification Courses
• Career Readiness Tools

🚫 Disclaimer: Participation in the Remutify program does not guarantee employment. It is a support framework, not a placement service.

✅ Access Options:

• Purchase a Digital Course to unlock services
• OR Buy Support Package: ₦14,999 ($10) or ₦225,000 ($150)

3. BUSINESSES & ORGANIZATIONS: TALENT PARTNERSHIP & WORK BOARD ACCESS

Utídia provides organizations with access to African talent through:

• Free job/project listing
• Premium Listing: ₦14,999 per post
• Fully Managed Talent Placements: 10% monthly service charge

Business Users Agree to:

• Fair treatment and timely responses
• Compliance with labor laws
• Non-discrimination, safety, and dignity for talents

4. MENTORS & FACULTY TERMS (UTÍDIA APPRENTICESHIP INSTITUTE)

This section applies to all mentors, instructors, and facilitators affiliated with Utídia’s:

• Study and Work Program
• Self-paced or mentor-led courses
• Bootcamps, projects, or hackathons

✅ Professionalism & Ethics:

• Maintain ethical, respectful conduct with students, apprentices, and mentees across all platforms.
• Uphold Utídia’s values of accountability, inclusion, and integrity.

✅ Original Work:

• All training content must be original or properly attributed.
• Avoid plagiarism or unauthorized duplication of third-party content.

🚫 No Independent Pricing or Payment Handling:

• Mentors must not set course prices without Utídia’s written approval.
• Mentors are prohibited from collecting fees, donations, or payments directly from any student or participant. All financial transactions are handled by Utídia Ltd.

✅ Scope of Terms: These policies apply to all official platforms including the website, WhatsApp communities, Zoom trainings, Google Forms, or any tool used to deliver Utídia’s programs.

5. PRIVACY POLICY

We value your data and privacy.

✅ What We Collect:

• Personal info: name, contact, education, CVs
• Usage data (analytics)
• Payment info (via secure third-party processors)

✅ How We Use It:

• Match you with suitable opportunities
• Improve platform features and personalize your experience
• Deliver mentorship and support programs

✅ Your Rights:

• Request to view, update, or delete your data
• Opt-out of promotional emails anytime
