As a Senior Consultant in our SAP practice, focusing on Ariba/MM (Procurement) you will: + Support Ariba/MM (Procurement) client engagements by assisting in the design and implementation of technology solutions under the guidance of project leadership. + Collaborate with clients and team members to gather business requirements and help translate them into system designs and technical specifications. + Build positive working relationships with clients by contributing to the development of business requirements and functional designs. + Support business development activities by gathering relevant information, preparing supporting materials, and assisting with the formatting and review of proposals and presentations + Contribute to knowledge sharing and innovation by participating in team forums and helping develop tools or templates to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency. + Stay current with SAP's latest solutions by participating in training and continuous learning opportunities to support business transformation initiatives. We specialize in the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP applications, empowering clients to build a Kinetic Enterprise. Required Qualifications + 5+ years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large consulting firm, boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry + 3+ years of functional configuration experience with both SAP Ariba and SAP MM modules + Experience participating in all phases of at least 2 full end-to-end SAP implementations, with a focus on the procurement process (SAP Ariba and SAP MM modules), including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. + Experience with a minimum of 1 full life cycle SAP S4 HANA implementations + Bachelor's degree or Associate degree plus equivalent work experience + Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Preferred Qualifications + Master's degree + Experience migrating SAP ECC to S/4 Hana + Previous experience working directly for a "Big 4" consulting firm + Signavio experience + At least 1 current SAP certification Information for applicants with a need for accommodation: The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
