Job Title : Registered Land Surveyor

Location : York, PA

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Registered Land Surveyor:

#1. Must have a PLS in PA (reciprocity accepted)

#2. Must have at least 5 years of related experience.

#3. Must have at least 2+ years or project Management experience

#4. Must be proficient with AutoCad Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.

#5. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years.

Requirements of the Registered Land Surveyor:

• Associate s or Bachelor s degree in land surveying and is a professional land surveyor.
• 5+ years of related experience (field and office, including a strong proficiency in land surveying standards and procedures)
• Project Management Experience is required
• PLS with PA license is required
• Ability to manage self and others, and surveying Projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
• Applicant should be able to develop into managing the survey department
• Must have high-level verbal and written communication skills

Other Key Requirements:

• 100% in-office work
• No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
