With the support of more than 30,000 team members, we promote a forward-thinking philosophy that's built on a foundation of trust, dignity, respect, responsibility and clinical excellence. **Position details:** **Facility:** BayCare System Office **Location:** Remote (Must reside in the state of Florida) **Status:** Full Time - Exempt **Hours:** 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM **The Real Estate Analyst will:** + Play a crucial role in supporting the real estate team with comprehensive analysis and property evaluation. + Be involved with preparing, reviewing, and maintaining lease documentation, including lease abstracts and checklists, while ensuring updates to the Yardi database. + Collaborate closely with the Finance team on accounts receivable management, lease escalations, and commission calculations. A key component of the role that will be performed in partnership with the Finance team is conducting in-depth financial analysis, including evaluating buy vs. lease scenarios, assessing the financial implications of properties being purchased, and performing asset performance analysis using Argus. + Support lease negotiations, work with the leasing and property operations teams to ensure smooth transmission of lease-related documents and assist in the preparation of lease proposals and commission agreements. + Be involved in conducting market research to evaluate market trends, rental rates, and competitor properties, as well as preparing marketing materials for available spaces. + Identify opportunities to optimize asset performance and contribute to data-driven decision-making for the company's real estate strategy. **Education:** + Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field. **Experience:** + Required 3+ years of Asset Management, Leasing or related Real Estate Experience. + Required Excel, Argus and Yardi experience. **BayCare offers a competitive total reward package including:** + Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision) + Paid time off + Tuition reimbursement + 401K reimbursement + Yearly performance appraisals and team award bonus + Community discounts and more AND the chance to be part of an amazing team and a great place to work!
