What You Will Do
This role combines estimating and project management, giving you a full view of the construction lifecycle:
· Estimating: Prepare earthwork quantity takeoffs (Agtek 4D/Bluebeam), manage subcontractor RFQs, and assist with bid day activities.
· Project Management: Update project schedules, coordinate utilities and subcontractors, and manage project documentation (meeting minutes, closeouts).
What We Are Looking For
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering , Industrial Engineering , Construction Management , or Civil Engineering.
· Experience: Internship or co-op experience in the construction industry is a plus.
· Skills: Proficiency in MS Office is required. Familiarity with Agtek 4D or Bluebeam is a plus (but we will train).
· Traits: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
· Status: Must be authorized to work in the US.
