Leña Brava and Cruz Blanca are looking for experienced cooks that are able to work prep & lunch line. We are a high volume restaurant that focuses on Mexican flavors, live fire, handmade tacos.
Responsibilities include
- prepping for service
- working to make the highest quality food possible
- working the lunch line in either Lena Brava or Cruz Blanca
- getting along well with managers and fellow employees
- clean up station
- have all necessary licenses to work in the city of Chicago
- bilingual a plus
