Human Resources Assistant. Trustpoint Rehabilitation Hospital is a premier inpatient facility specializing in the treatment of stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic trauma, and other complex medical conditions. Position Summary - Processes new hires as part of the onboarding process
- Creates new hire welcome packet and establishes and mantains employee files
- Data entry in ATS and file managementÂ
- Assist with payroll and timekeeping
- Run's reports weekly and monthly for payroll and licensure reports
- Coordinates monthly new hire orientation class
- Participates in employee activity committeeÂ
- Assists in recruitment process to including posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Qualifications Required Skills: - Two years of general office experience preferred.
- Prior Human Resources experience required.
