We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Maintenance Worker to join our team in Lagrange, GA, 30240. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our facility remains safe, functional, and welcoming. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Inspect and troubleshoot facility equipment to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events and facility functions.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in maintenance is a plus.

• Commercial plumbing experience

• Scissor lift experience

• MUST NOT BE AFRAID OF HEIGHTS 10-15ft high

• Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary info:

$25 - $35 / hr
