Teva’s Global Open Innovation Unit is seeking a Director, Innovation Business Partner to serve as the primary orchestrator of our internal innovation processes. This role will focus on enabling and guiding business units (BUs) in shaping their innovation agendas, defining and sharpening business challenges, and ensuring seamless execution of the internal innovation lifecycle—from challenge framing, through solution assessment, pilot design and implementation, and ultimately integration of successful solutions into business operations.
The successful candidate will bring strong analytical skills, proven project management experience, and a deep understanding of corporate processes and functions. Acting as a trusted advisor and facilitator, this role will ensure that innovation efforts are strategically aligned, operationally sound, and organizationally enabled.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the internal foundations of Teva’s open innovation strategy, working closely with senior leaders and BU champions to turn innovation opportunities into measurable business impact. You will be instrumental in ensuring that innovation projects don’t stop at pilots, but are successfully scaled and integrated into the business, driving long-term value for Teva.
This role can be based in Europe or Israel.
