Your Responsibilities
The Mission Hill Neighborhood Services Portfolio is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Roxbury, MA. The portfolio consists of three properties with a total of 126 units of senior and family housing. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include recertifications, rent collections, leasing, inspections, vendor coordination, monthly reporting, and other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications
Previous experience in property management is required. Knowledge of HUD and LIHTC is required. COS, TCS, or CPO certification is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Experience with Yardi is preferred. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required.
