The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring materials are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
Label, store, and organize inventory in assigned locations
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company procedures
Load and unload materials manually or with material-handling equipment
Assist with shipping documentation, including bills of lading and tracking information
Perform inventory counts and support cycle count activities
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures
Communicate inventory discrepancies or order issues to supervisors and team members
Previous warehouse experience preferred, including basic shipping and receiving
Familiarity with inventory systems or warehouse management systems (WMS) a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Basic computer skills and ability to read shipping documents
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Forklift and pallet jack experience (certification required)
Warehouse setting with standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the day
Overtime, weekends, or schedule flexibility may be required based on business needs
