The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is seeking experienced professionals to mentor Ukrainian refugees who are rebuilding their careers and adjusting to new professional landscapes.

Your insights can provide much-needed support for individuals working to gain new skills, explore job opportunities, and build confidence in their professional abilities . Whether you can assist with career guidance, industry-specific knowledge, or leadership development, your involvement will have a real impact.

What Mentors Do

  • Work one-on-one with a mentee to help them navigate professional challenges.
  • Provide career advice, job search strategies, and networking insights .
  • Share expertise in your field , helping mentees develop relevant skills.
  • Participate in flexible mentorship options , whether through structured programs or one-time advisory sessions.

Who We Are Looking For

We welcome professionals from a variety of industries, including:

  • Technology & Innovation – IT, AI, software development, data science.
  • Marketing & Business – Strategy, finance, sales, entrepreneurship.
  • Education & Professional Development – Career coaching, HR, training.
  • Nonprofit & Consulting – Social impact, policy development, leadership.

Ideal mentors should have:

  • A minimum of three years of professional experience in their field.

  • Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities .

  • The ability to dedicate at least 2-4 hours per month to mentorship.
