Role: UI/UX designer
Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid) (Local to NY)
Duration: 6-12 Months

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of junior designers.
- Consulting with stakeholders to understand business goals.
- Planning and conducting user research, as well as explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Developing user models and scenarios.
- Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows.
- Creating and iterating on prototypes.
- Conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to improve the user experience.
- Assisting with content development.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
Mandatory Qualification:
(PASS/FAIL)
- Level III- More than seven (12) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Specialist
- Four (8) or more years of experience in UI/UX experience design on full life cycle of design deliverables (wireframes, mockups, journey maps, prototypes, story boards, user surveys).
- Four (7) or more years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with User research, user modeling and usability testing.
- Experience with CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
- Three (3) or more years of experience in supervising employees.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human-computer interaction or design related field.
