Position Summary
Do you have a passion for the outdoors and are seeking winter employment with great pay? This position is part-time seasonal help which can lead to full-time employment in the spring.

• Plow Truck Operator
• Skid Loader Operator
• Front-end Loader Operator
• Specialty Sidewalk Equipment Operator

  Salary: $30-50 depending on education and experience. This rate is for Snow operations ONLY.

  Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities

• Operate various snow removal equipment including but not limited to snow blowers, snow shovels, and snowplows in a safe and responsible manner in all types of weather and conditions.
• Remove snow and ice from designated areas in a safe and efficient manner as well as preventing hazardous conditions by dispersing salt and/or other products to prevent slips or falls in these designated areas.
• Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor.
• Work long hours in extreme conditions.
• Assist with other duties as assigned .

Education:   High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: 

• 1 year of snow removal experience preferred 

Specialized Skills

• Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to work in various temperature and weather extremes.
• Able and willing to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Snow removal experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMVR.

Hours: Hours vary and are dependent on business needs. Weekends may be needed to satisfy the work load.
