Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to lead and oversee all shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, safety-conscious, and has strong leadership skills to manage a dynamic team. 

Responsibilities:  

• Supervise and coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations.
• Manage warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and timely order processing.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.
