Compensation:
✔️ $95 per case - Audits / FRRs (Facility Requested Reviews)
✔️ $225 per case - MAOs (Medical Advisory Opinions)

✅ What We're Looking For
✔️ Nursing Degree (ADN or higher)
✔️ Active, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state or territory
✔️ Current hospital privileges required
✔️ 5+ years of active Med/Surg clinical practice
✔️ 2+ years of recent experience in the specialty
✔️ At least 20 clinical hours/month in Med/Surg
✔️ Familiarity with VA record systems (training provided)
✔️ Strong clinical judgment, objectivity, time management, and detail orientation
✅ Work Schedule
✔️ Case-based workflow - flexible, remote
✔️ Average 1-4 hours per case, depending on type
✔️ Volume and pace are under your control
✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Perform independent clinical reviews of VA medical records
✔️ Evaluate timeliness and quality of care against established standards
✔️ Prepare Medical Advisory Opinions for legal inquiries
✔️ Identify key quality improvement indicators
✔️ Follow strict confidentiality protocols
✔️ Document findings in alignment with VA processes
