Receptionist Concierge Location Suwanee, GA :

$15/Per Hour - Part-Time (Every other Saturday 8a-2p) and On-Call Concierge Receptionist Including weekends and days as need 8am-2pm and or 2pm-8pm.

Prior experience with multi-line phone system is strongly preferred.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Providing resort-level service to our guests, residents, family members, vendors and service providers.
• Ensuring prompt responses to guests' inquiries and notifying the appropriate party immediately of concerns.
• Providing phone coverage for the community using a multi-line phone.

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in verbal and written English
• Highly refined verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
