Full-Time | Print Shop / Warehouse Environment

About the Role

Innovative Controls is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Print Shop Assembly Worker to support our production and fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for assembling, labeling, packaging, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse and print shop environment.

What You’ll Do

• Pull, assemble, label, and package parts and products according to work orders
• Apply labels to plastic and metal components while maintaining quality standards
• Verify orders against purchase orders to ensure accuracy before shipment
• Prepare, stage, and organize completed orders for shipping
• Maintain inventory organization and learn part numbers and assemblies
• Perform basic data entry for inventory or order tracking
• Safely operate print shop and assembly equipment
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or print shop environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Basic computer and data entry skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to remain seated and perform assembly tasks for extended periods of time
• Comfortable working in a print shop and warehouse environment
