Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of finished products.
- Ensure products meet quality specifications and comply with procedures.
- Inspect in-process packaging and components for quality, removing defects.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation (e.g., device history records, inventory counts).
- Assist with simple mathematical calculations for batch records.
- Participate in inventory counting and safety audits.
- Engage in daily safety discussions and maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform routine cleaning of packaging stations and equipment.
- Abide by personal protective equipment and contamination control requirements.
- Handle hazardous waste when required.
Experience Required
- Minimum 6 months of industry work experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience with documentation practices and basic mathematical calculations.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
Skills & Certifications
- Detail-oriented and good documentation practices.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Familiarity with computers and general business software.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and contamination control measures.
