Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead P2P strategy, assessment, and roadmap development
• Drive improvements across procurement, invoicing, supplier management, and payments
• Advise on ERP enablement (preferably Oracle MFCS), automation tools (RPA, AI)
• Align P2P initiatives with finance, supply chain, and IT teams
• Lead change management efforts and stakeholder engagement
• Mentor junior team members and support practice development

Core Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of P2P lifecycle in retail
• Experience in Supplier Invoice Management, 2- and 3-way match, reconciliation
• Preferred exposure to franchise models and Direct Store Delivery (DSD)
• Familiarity with digital procurement solutions and process automation
• Strong consulting and project leadership experience
