We’re seeking Entry-Level Nonprofit Business Development Associates to join our mission-driven team . This is a full-time, hands-on role with paid training, mentorship, and career growth opportunities .
No prior experience is required — if you’re motivated and people-focused, we’ll provide the tools and training you need to succeed.
As a Nonprofit Business Development Associate , you’ll play a key role in helping nonprofit organizations expand their reach and impact . You’ll support fundraising campaigns, develop community partnerships, and promote programs, all while gaining practical experience in marketing, outreach, donor engagement, and event coordination .
This position prepares you for future leadership roles in nonprofit management, business development, and community engagement .
Identify and develop opportunities for nonprofit partnerships and fundraising initiatives
Support nonprofit campaigns through community outreach and engagement
Represent nonprofit clients professionally at events, meetings, and campaigns
Build and maintain relationships with donors, volunteers, and community stakeholders
Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and fundraising goals
Track results and provide insights to improve outreach and engagement strategies
Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and mission-focused approach
Outgoing, personable, and professional
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable in high-energy, face-to-face environments
Team-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
No prior experience required — full paid training provided!

Background in customer service, retail, sales, or volunteer work
Interest in nonprofit management, fundraising, or community outreach
Full-time schedule with weekly pay
Paid hands-on training and mentorship in business development and nonprofit engagement
