Physician led non-profit Health System seeks a Neurosurgeon 2 hours east of Dallas TX! and 2 hours from Little Rock Arkansas Caring and warm Texas town - words cant describe how wonderful and welcoming these people are!!

This role:

• 2 neurosurgeons now
• 1:4 call
• $740,000.00 base salary plus 100-300k in bonuses - $1,000,000 plus earnings annually
• 3 days OR, 2 days clinic
• $1600 per 24 hours of call

• The areas preferred multi-specialty medical group
• Over 1400 physicians and advance practice providers representing 41 specialties in 82 clinic locations throughout 3 states
• A physician-led group with its own board of directors
• All leaders are paired with physicians in all decision making
