About the Role

We are seeking an experienced mentor or coach trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to work with a client in Superior, CO who is in treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). The client already has a therapist and other members of a support team — this mentor’s role is to help bridge the gap between therapy and daily life.

The ERP Mentor will guide the client in applying ERP principles in real-world situations, supporting exposures, reinforcing progress, and helping the client build confidence and autonomy outside of session work. This position requires warmth, patience, and skill in balancing challenge with compassion.

If the collaboration is a good fit, there is the potential for additional mentoring cases within Noble Mentors.

Responsibilities

• Work with a client 2–3 times per week (2–3 hours per visit).
• Implement ERP exercises and exposures as directed by the client’s therapist or treatment plan.
• Support the client in building structure, self-regulation, and healthy routines.
• Communicate regularly with the client’s care team for alignment.
• Maintain clear boundaries, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) .
• Background in mentoring, coaching, residential, transitional, or wilderness therapy settings.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional attunement.
• Ability to take initiative, follow structure, and model accountability.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and clean background.

Compensation
$40–$50 per hour depending on experience.
(1099 independent contractor position)
