Job Description

Job Summary:

The Senior Epic Radiant Analyst is responsible for enhancing the functionality and efficiency of Epic applications, translating clinical and operational needs into technical solutions, and supporting integrated workflows. This role provides advanced analysis, configuration, implementation, and ongoing application support while collaborating with end-users and contributing to system training. The position reports to an ISD Manager or higher and serves as a technical resource on Epic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, configure, and implement Epic solutions to support clinical and operational workflows.
• Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for Epic Radiant and integrated systems.
• Collaborate with end-users to optimize processes and ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for staff.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and coordination; maintain project documentation.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for less experienced analysts.
• Promote compliance with technical, operational, and safety standards while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Certifications: Epic Certification required.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of increasingly responsible experience in healthcare information systems, system analysis, or Epic application support.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Epic applications, development tools, and healthcare workflows.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service abilities.
