Location: Hudsonville, MI

Shift: 1st Shift, 6am-2:30pm

Pay: $16-18/hr

About the Role

We’re seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our production team at a leading food manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality food processing.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and monitor food production machinery according to company standards and safety guidelines
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet food safety and quality requirements
• Adjust machine settings for speed, temperature, and other variables to maintain optimal performance
• Load raw materials and packaging components into machines as needed
• Identify and report mechanical issues or malfunctions to maintenance
• Maintain accurate production and downtime records
• Clean and sanitize machines and work areas following strict food safety procedures
• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) , HACCP , and food safety protocols
• Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Basic math and computer skills for data entry and machine controls
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
• Must follow all safety, hygiene, and company policies
