Goleta: 7a–3p (Seizure precautions | Attend day program with client)
Santa Barbara: 11p–7a (Overnight monitoring | Pulse oximetry)
Shifts available 7 days a week — pick the schedule that works for you.
$45–$50/hour
$400 Sign-On Bonus*

Variety of home care and facility shifts available
Provide direct nursing care in the patient’s home
Monitor vital signs and perform assessments
Administer medications and treatments
Provide seizure precautions and overnight monitoring
Communicate with supervising RN and care team
Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation
Current LVN license (State of California)
CPR certification (in-person only)
Physical exam within the last 12 months
TB/PPD or chest x-ray within the last 12 months
1 year of LVN experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
Completion of skills assessment for areas of experience
