Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Mechatronic Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Aerospace Engineering. 4 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose :

Provides the necessary support to ensure manufacturing process flow in compliance with engineering requirements and quality standards and seeking continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in accordance with the goals and / or objectives of the SBU.Support Projects.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Support on the CNC development programs for the new products of 2 and 3 axes .
2. Implementation CNC projects; Analysis and plans conceptualization .
3. Support other departments .
4. RCCA Analysis .
5. Internal and external quality problems solution .
6. Create TMO'S .
7. Support the robust FA system .
8. Select technology tools; create tooling 3D models.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

1. Experience in manufacturing processes, considering geometric tolerances and fabrication processes.
2. Knowledge in forming and drilling tools.
3. CNC Programming.
4. Part Design & Generative Shape Design Platforms in CATIA V5.
5. Experience in drawings interpretation, corrective actions, MS Office.
6. English 80%.
7. Available to travel.
8. US Visa.
