Jennifer Fukumae with Robert Half Finance and Accounting is partnering with a specialized private investment firm focused on unconventional, misunderstood, and idiosyncratic asset classes. About the Firm This firm invests in high-yield, risk-adjusted opportunities that fall outside traditional asset classes and is ~$1.5B AUM and preparing for additional fund raises. Key Responsibilities As a Fund Manager, you will take on elevated ownership across fund operations, reporting, and team oversight: + Oversee all Fund and GP general ledger activities + Manage quarterly and annual reporting cycles, ensuring accurate financial statements + Partner with finance leadership on audit, tax, and compliance deliverables + Maintain oversight of capital call/distribution processes + Review and enhance reporting packages prepared by the accounting team + Advise on complex, non-routine fund or transaction issues + Lead, mentor, and develop junior staff + Collaborate closely with Investor Relations on LP communications + Serve as a key point of contact between internal leadership and external providers Requirements + Strong understanding of fund structures, allocations, and private equity transactions + Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience + Strong technical accounting, analytical, and communication skills + Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment Compensation & Benefits + 401(k) with 6% employer contribution + 100% paid medical benefits + Competitive bonus compensation + Flexible time-off structure (approx. 3 weeks, manager approval) Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
