We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Event Staff to support the execution of professional events in Houston, TX. This role involves hands-on participation in event setup, coordination, guest assistance, and on-site support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and overall preparation
Support on-site operations to ensure events run smoothly
Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
Coordinate with team members to follow event plans and schedules
Maintain organization and cleanliness of event areas
Follow company guidelines and instructions throughout the event
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Adaptable to changing event needs and schedules
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to stand and move for extended periods when required
