Client Intake Representative – Work at a Local Non-Profit!

Our client in Waterville is hiring a Client Intake Representative for a temp-to-hire position with a set M-F 7:30a – 4:30p schedule. This is a great opportunity to work at a respected local non-profit agency known for its positive work environment and value in the community. This position pays $16 per hour.

Typical daily duties:

• Assisting clients via the phone and in-person to schedule transportation
• Confirming drop-off and pick-up times
• Maintaining client records and communication
• Coordinating driver route with dispatchers

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Previous computer experience preferred
