Position Summary: We are seeking a bilingual fluent Spanish speaking Call Center Operator to join our team. As a Call Center Operator, you will be responsible for answering all inbound patient calls in a highly fast paced environment. You will be expected to verify insurance, conduct outbound calls to coordinate appointments while utilizing excellent customer service and active listening skills to provide best in class patient service. This position is located on site at 751 Oak Street, Suite 100, Jacksonville, FL 32204. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. /Essential Functions: Answering and transferring calls. Handle Medicare and Commercial Insurance related calls. Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments. Adding new patient demographics and verifying established patient information. Following HIPPA guidelines and ensuring compliance Outbound calling to confirm appointments and verify insurance. Experience/Skills: Must be Bilingual in Spanish (all communication) High School graduate, college degree preferred Previous healthcare experience Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Take the initiative to learn and advance in a fast paced medical office Must be dependable, self-motivating, multi-tasking, excellent active listening skills.
