Veteran Insurance Team is an independent insurance agency proudly staffed entirely by military veterans. Roles and Responsibilities:
* Run insurance quotes through carrier systems and EzLynx platform
* Perform accurate data entry of leads and prospects into CRM system
* Handle back-end administrative tasks for insurance agents
* Ensure all quote information is accurate and complete
* Problem-solve technical issues that arise during the quoting process
* Maintain detailed records and follow established procedures
* Support agents with policy processing and documentation
Skills and Experience Needed:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to learn quickly and work independently after training
* Basic understanding of CRM systems (training provided)
* Problem-solving mindset
* Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
* Previous experience with insurance quoting or EzLynx is a plus but not required
* Must be willing to learn insurance quoting processes with focus on precision
Duration:
Full-time, permanent position
Compensation:
$5.00 per hour to start (hourly contract basis), with opportunities for advancement and performance bonuses for high performers
Work Arrangement:
100% Remote position
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (with 1-hour lunch break)
Preferred Location:
No location preference, but must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time business hours
