This is a long-term role supporting me as an entrepreneur, business owner, and family man. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a wide variety of responsibilities — from scheduling and family-related coordination to light support for my U.S.-based accounting and advisory firm.
**Personal Support**
* Manage personal calendar, appointments, and family scheduling
* Research personal projects (real estate, travel, household, purchases, etc.)
* Book travel, hotels, and restaurant reservations
* Coordinate with household service providers and family events
* Assist with online shopping, reminders, and organization of personal documents
* Investment research, insurance shopping, and due date tracking for investments
**Professional Support**
* Assist with email and calendar management
* Maintain organized client and project records
* Recap meeting notes in a typed, consistent format
* Perform data entry and light bookkeeping (QuickBooks Online / Xero preferred)
* Research and summarize business-related topics
* Help manage tasks, reminders, and follow-ups across multiple business ventures
* Document management using Google Workspace, Box.com, and similar platforms
