Compensation: $2,288 Weekly Gross
Job Summary: Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery for an exciting Travel and/or Local job in Fort Myers, FL (ZIP: 33908).
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care for patients in a 19-bed Labor & Delivery unit .
Manage high-acuity patients with a patient ratio of 1–2:1 .
Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary teams to support safe deliveries.
Monitor and assess maternal and fetal well-being using fetal monitoring systems.
Document all care and interventions in Epic EMR .
Participate in call rotation (12 hours per 6-week schedule period ).
Adhere to hospital standards, policies, and infection control practices.
Wear required scrub colors: Galaxy Blue and/or White .
Requirements:
ASN required.
Active Florida RN license or compact license .
Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience .
Prior travel RN experience required.
Certifications (Required):
BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA)
NRP
AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (must be completed and passed)
Certifications (Preferred):
AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring
EFM Certification
