Responsibilities

Anesthesia Technician (Tech) - Non-Certified

This is a Full-time position located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA 

Works under the general supervision of the Department C hair for Anesthesia and reports to the Director of Surgical Services, this position supports the efficient and safe delivery of anesthesia to patients' within the surgical services department. The technician is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the anesthesia carts including maintaining stocking and cleaning. Pulls materials from the sterile room; understands and anticipates the needs of the anesthesiologist in the provision of trays used by the physician in the delivery patient care.

Qualifications

Minimum Essential Experience:

  • High School Dipolma
  • Completion of technical course for anesthesia technicians or equivalent work experience in an acute care  facility.
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in perioperative services (half may be in a surgicenter)- preferred.
