💰 Base Salary: $52,000–$55,000 (based on experience)
🎯 Bonuses: Monthly performance-based incentives

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Manage daily studio operations and motivate your team of Flexologists and Sales Associates to deliver excellence.
• Drive Membership Growth: Execute sales and marketing strategies, grow memberships, and exceed revenue goals.
• Deliver an Exceptional Experience: Ensure every member feels welcomed, supported, and energized during each visit.
• Oversee Studio Operations: Manage scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and ensure studio cleanliness and safety standards are always met.
• Recruit & Develop Talent: Hire, train, and coach team members to perform at their best and grow within the organization.
• Track & Report KPIs: Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.

✅ Who You Are

• 1+ year of fitness studio, gym, or retail management experience
• Proven success in sales, customer service, or team leadership
• Energetic, positive, and people-focused with strong communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management
• Passionate about health, fitness, and wellness
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM or POS systems (experience with AI-driven tools a plus!)

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $52,000–$55,000 annually (depending on experience)
