Immediate Opening | Part-Time Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a compassionate caregiver to support a client in the comfort of their home. This part-time role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a difference through hands-on care and companionship.

Experience with a Hoyer lift is helpful, as this position involves assisting with safe transfers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Helping with bathing and personal care
• Light housekeeping such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and laundry
• Meal preparation and cleanup
• Providing friendly companionship
• Running errands on the client’s behalf

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
