Learn to Be a Showing Agent - Licensed Learn to build your real estate career by starting as a Showing Agent with a top-producing team while earning rewarding commissions. We are looking for motivated professionals, licensed or currently completing coursework, who want to learn the business from the ground up and gain hands-on experience in the field. As a Showing Agent, you’ll assist experienced Buyer’s Agents by showing homes, hosting open houses, and supporting clients through the early stages of the buying process. You’ll learn to manage appointments, communicate effectively, and deliver an excellent client experience while developing the foundational skills needed for long-term success in real estate. With daily mentorship, step-by-step coaching, and access to proven systems, you’ll have a structured path to advance into a full-time Buyer’s Agent role and grow a sustainable business with consistency and confidence. Responsibilities:

• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
• Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria

Qualifications:

• Present yourself in a professional manner
• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Real estate license required
