We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager of Ad Policy to provide strategic guidance and operational leadership for key ad policy programs and initiatives. This role will help drive the continued evolution of Ad Policy, shaping scalable processes across development, enablement, and enforcement to meet the needs of a growing and complex business. The Senior Manager will partner cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Sales, and other teams to ensure our advertising policies are clear, consistent, and applied effectively. This role requires strong judgment, cross-functional influence, and the ability to connect strategy to execution.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategic & Operational Leadership:
Drive the development and implementation of ad policy programs that enhance compliance, efficiency, and scalability.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to strengthen policy clarity, consistency, and application across business teams.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline communication, intake, and resolution processes, ensuring policies are clear, actionable, and easily understood by the business.
Policy Execution & Oversight:
Manage complex or high-impact policy escalations and provide structured recommendations.
Monitor trends, identify root causes, and propose improvements to reduce repeat issues.
Data & Insights:
Use data and available tools to identify insights and improve enforcement accuracy.
Communication:
Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance for diverse audiences.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring…
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
6+ years’ experience in online advertising, policy development, compliance, or risk management, including experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
Demonstrated success in leading large programs or cross-functional projects within high-growth or regulated environments.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Exceptional strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
