Salesforce Developer
Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000, DOE
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Salesforce Developer to join our client's in-house Product Development Office (PDO). This is a great opportunity for a mid-level developer looking to grow their skills while contributing to high-impact Salesforce projects.
As part of a growing internal team, you'll collaborate closely with a lead architect and global development support to build new product features, enhance existing functionality, and help us shift from outsourced to internal Salesforce development.
Responsibilities:
+ Design and build custom solutions on Salesforce, with an emphasis on Experience Cloud
+ Collaborate with product and architecture teams to develop user-centric features
+ Contribute to CI/CD efforts and version control processes using GitHub
+ Build and optimize Lightning Web Components, Apex code, and declarative tools
+ Utilize AI development tools (e.g., AgentForce) to streamline coding and testing
+ Support packaging and deployment strategies (G1/G2 environments)
+ Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and knowledge sharing
+ Assist with bug fixes, refactoring, and performance optimization
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce development experience
+ Solid understanding of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components
+ Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud strongly preferred
+ Familiarity with GitHub and Salesforce packaging concepts (G1/G2)
+ Interest in AI-enabled development tools and modern dev practices
+ Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
+ Salesforce Platform Developer certification preferred
