Location; Main Office; Radnor, PA | Hybrid flexibility | $60,000 - $70,000 plus variable bonus

We’re looking for a Recruiting Specialist with the heart of a connector and the drive of a closer — someone who loves the challenge of discovering exceptional talent and inspiring them to see the potential of a career in financial planning.

What You’ll Do

• Source and attract high-caliber financial advisor candidates through networking, social media, referrals, and industry outreach.
• Build authentic relationships — online and in person — to generate a strong pipeline of prospective advisors.
• Manage the full recruiting process from first contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Partner with multiple leaders across Vista Wealth Solutions’ regional offices — each with unique styles and priorities — to align recruiting efforts with business goals.
• Craft compelling stories that communicate the value and rewards of building a financial advisory practice with Vista Wealth Solutions.
• Stay resilient through the natural highs and lows of recruiting for a performance-based career, maintaining focus and enthusiasm every step of the way.

Who You Are

• A persuasive communicator who connects easily and builds trust quickly.
• Energized by networking and relationship-building , both online and face-to-face.
• Organized and accountable , able to manage multiple searches and stakeholders at once.
• Confident, positive, and adaptable — you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days look the same.
• Experience in recruiting, business development, or sales (especially in financial services or professional industries) is a plus.
