Spang & Company has an opening for a Recruiter at its headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA . This position will play a key role in coordinating all phases of the hiring process for hourly and salary positions in the U.S.

Through its three unique product lines, Spang & Company designs, produces, and supplies precision soft magnetic components and materials to the electronics industry and delivers custom-engineered solutions to the power industry. Primary responsibilities include coordinating recruitment advertising, reviewing applications, and conducting preliminary phone interviews with candidates. This role will also maintain open requisition data, administer employment testing, and coordinate pre-employment programs such as drug screens and background checks. In addition, the position will represent the company at college fairs and recruitment events, with approximately 10–15% domestic travel required between division locations.

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is required, along with up to two years of experience in a business environment.
