Showing Agent Opportunity Learn to build your real estate career alongside a team of top-producing agents partnered with a supportive lending group that assists with lead follow-up, marketing, and client communication. This opportunity provides real-world experience, one-on-one mentorship, and a clear pathway toward becoming a confident producing agent while earning rewarding commissions. A real estate license is required or must be in progress. As a Showing Agent, you will assist buyers, host open houses, manage showing schedules, and learn to support clients with consistency and professionalism. You will gain direct exposure to proven systems, daily mentorship, and the processes that productive agents use to build relationships and close transactions.   • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
  • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
  • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
  • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
  • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
Qualifications:
  • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • In order to earn commissions, you must have a real estate license.
  • If you do not have our real estate license, we can help guide you in obtaining a license.
  • Great communication.
