Project Administrator - International Company
Location: Dallas, TX (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Administrator to play a key role in managing project budgets and supporting our operations from start to finish. You’ll collaborate closely with Project Managers and accounting staff, ensuring each phase runs smoothly — from budget setup to material releases.
What You’ll Do
Maintain and update project budgets, working directly with Project Managers and accounting team members.
Monitor job cost reports and adjust budgets as needed.
Coordinate with precasters and contractors for material orders and releases.
Track submittals, approvals, and takeoff revisions for each project wall.
Assist with contract packages, change orders, and invoicing accuracy.
Support regional marketing, sales tracking, and trade show preparation.

What We’re Looking For
Must be based in the Dallas, TX area and available to work on-site.
5+ years of administrative experience (construction or precast industry a plus).
Understanding of budgets, contracts, and material ordering — or willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, ACT, or Oracle is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and math skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
