Job Title: Private Duty Nurse (RBT Licensed)
Location: Leesburg, VA 20176
Job Type: Contract
Shift: Day Shift | 7:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Schedule: Monday – Friday (School Hours)
Pay Range: $40 – $45/hour
Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Private Duty Nurse for an exciting job in Leesburg, VA.
Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized nursing and behavioral support to the assigned student during school hours.
Monitor and document the student’s health status, behavior, and daily progress.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Implement behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of a BCBA or clinical supervisor.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school personnel to maintain optimal care and safety.
Maintain accurate documentation of all interventions and observations.
Respond promptly to any medical or behavioral emergencies following established protocols.
Communicate as needed with parents, healthcare providers, and the school nurse.
Required Qualifications:
Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Certification — Required
Valid Nursing License (LPN or RN) — Preferred or per school policy
Current AHA Hands-On CPR/BLS Certification — Required
