*** This role requires up to 50% travel and can be based in one of our service areas, including OH, KY, PA, or eastern service regions. ***
The HOP Principal Consultant’s work will largely consist of in-field observations, individual, team, and leadership coaching and reinforcement, HOP curriculum development, and virtual and in person formal training instruction for all NiSource business units. The Principal Consultant will also serve as a subject matter expert for vertical HOP integration efforts and will partner with bargaining unit, management, and contract personnel to integrate and reinforce HOP principles, concepts, tools and techniques. The reporting location for this role is flexible within the Ohio service territory.
