We are affiliated with Sequoia Hospital ( , a 208-bed, not-for-profit community hospital recognized for excellence in heart care, surgical services, and patient safety. Collaborate closely with Nurse Practitioners, experienced support staff, and an integrated care team. + **Practice Structure:** + 3-4 clinic days per week (flexible scheduling) + Shared call model (1:6) + Physician-led care supported by experienced NPs and clinical staff + Opportunity for additional ED call shifts for supplemental income + **Hospital Facilities:** + Modern, well-equipped birthing center at Sequoia Hospital + Approximately 1,000+ deliveries annually + 24/7 anesthesia coverage by experienced anesthesiologists + Dedicated OB Emergency Department + Strong partnership with Stanford Medicine for tertiary care access **Compensation and Benefits** + Guaranteed Salary: $375,000 - $400,000 + productivity incentives + Sign-on Bonus: Up to $125,000 + Relocation Assistance: Up to $20,000 + Student Loan Repayment Assistance + ED call shifts available for additional compensation + 100% Employer Paid Medical & Dental Benefits for provider and family + Annual CME Allowance + 401(k) with Employer Match + Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible Employer **Job Requirements** **Responsibilities:** + Deliver high-quality, compassionate care in both outpatient and hospital settings. + Perform routine exams, manage prenatal and postnatal care, and conduct obstetric and gynecologic procedures. + Participate in deliveries, surgeries, and on-call hospital coverage. + Collaborate with NPs and other team members to enhance patient outcomes and experiences. + Engage in quality improvement initiatives and uphold best practices in patient safety and compliance. **Qualifications:** + MD or DO degree + Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology + Active California medical license (or ability to obtain) + DEA certification + Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care **Where You'll Work** Dignity Health Medical Group - Sequoia ( , a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is a dynamic and growing multi-specialty group providing high-quality medical services to patients in the Bay Area.
