The Nurse Care Consultant/Clinical Care role is a full-time position open to RNs and new grads, involving clinical and administrative duties.

• Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, supervising care, mentoring nurses, and collaborating with caregivers.
• Work involves in-office administrative tasks and island-wide field assessments on Oahu.
• Key duties include improving patient outcomes, developing staff training, and facilitating communication among healthcare teams.
• The role requires an active Hawaii RN license, CPR/First Aid, TB clearance, a valid driver's license, and ability to navigate various home environments.
