**Optum Washington, (formerly The Everett Clinic)** is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our experienced teams in Everett and Arlington, WA. Growing together.** **Position Highlights** + $20,000 Starting Bonus (no repayment clause) + Paid time off and 9 paid holidays annually + 100% outpatient anesthesia + Practice independently + Primarily adult cases with some pediatric anesthesia + Larger volume of regional anesthesia and peripheral nerve blocks **Schedule** + 4-day workweek; 164 shifts per year with the ability to pick up extra shifts + No weekends or overnight call + Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (most rooms finish by 4:00-4:30 PM) **Case Mix** + All outpatient procedures + Diverse specialties including Orthopedics, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Gynecology (No OB), Ophthalmology, Hand Surgery, Podiatry, and ENT + Some pediatric anesthesia **Compensation & Benefits** + Salary starting at $244,197+ CME reimbursement and related time off + Paid license renewals + Malpractice coverage + Employee wellness program + Free parking **Why Join Us?** At Optum - Kemp Surgery Center, you'll enjoy a supportive team environment, predictable hours, and the opportunity to work with diverse cases, all without the stress of overnight call or weekend shifts. As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone. **Required Qualifications:** + A degree in medicine from an accredited school and completion CRNA Residency, Board eligible or certified. Meets regular CME guidelines + Board Certified with an unrestricted license to practice in Washington State + Maintain ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification + 2+ years of experience in a full-spectrum anesthesia practice with proficiency in ultrasound quidded peripheral nerve block **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience working in an ASC environment Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $191,500 - $261,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
