Duties:
- Perform patient assessments to determine appropriate massage techniques and treatment plans
- Provide pain management through various massage techniques, such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy
- Deliver exceptional patient service, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the session
- Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of physiology to effectively communicate with patients and understand their specific needs
- Apply anatomy knowledge to target specific muscle groups and address areas of concern
- Conduct physical examinations to assess patients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality massage therapy services to our clients.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals (physical therapists, personal trainers, etc.) to develop comprehensive wellness plans.
- Participate in and contribute to team meetings and professional development sessions.
Requirements:
- Valid certification or license as a Massage Therapist
- Proven experience in performing deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other specialized techniques
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional patient service
- Ability to assess patients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Proficient in conducting physical examinations to evaluate patients' conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a growing, fast-paced environment
